It has always been my passion in life to help and inspire others. I became a youth trainer and mentor when I was 14 which inspired me to pursue a career in physical fitness. I eventually earned my certification as a personal trainer and absolutely loved transforming lives. I am so excited to be a part of OsteoStrong where I can continue to give the gift of independence, strength and good health, with his amazing new technology.

I grew up in a sports, health and wellness oriented family. My father has been a collegiate and professional basketball coach for well over 30 years. He sparked my passion for coaching, leading an active lifestyle and helpings others in their pursuit to a better, healthier life. I am excited to be part of the OsteoStrong family and beautiful La Jolla community. With a degree in sports psychology and a 200 hour yoga instructor license I am committed to helping improve not only the physical well-being of others but also the mental well-being.
