It has always been my passion in life to help and inspire others. I became a youth trainer and mentor when I was 14 which inspired me to pursue a career in physical fitness. I eventually earned my certification as a personal trainer and absolutely loved transforming lives. I am so excited to be a part of OsteoStrong where I can continue to give the gift of independence, strength and good health, with his amazing new technology.

Hi OsteoStrong family! My name is Morgan and I am one of the session coaches here at OsteoStrong. I am a proud dog mom who loves to stay active and live healthy. I have been a certified personal trainer for the last 8 years and have managed gyms all throughout San Diego. My truest passion is strength training with an extensive background in powerlifting. I truly love my job here at OsteoStrong. The most rewarding aspect is that we are having an incredible impact on improving the overall quality of life for all of our members. Personally, the use of OsteoStrong has greatly improved my joint stability, allowing me to push through my plateaus at the gym.
